Comfortable and convenient out of town business hotel.
Proximity to Kagoshima Airport. Convenient walk from Kokubu JR station on Nippou/Miyazaki line 1hr from Kagoshima Chuo and Kagoshima stations. Nice shopping on the way, Including large Daiso. Breakfast self service with good Covid measures and new individual places for eating. Staff tried to be helpful with no English and got me a taxi to the airport. Business hotel. Easy to find.
Some cigarette smoke around, in lift.

Not worth it - avoid breakfast and have a car
The room is ok, what you can expect from a business hotel. The reception desk staff was helpful. I like that you have bicycles at disposal.
- The breakfast was so bad. I never tasted such bad rice, bread, coffee. The breakfast room was not very clean with a lot of dust on curtains. Absolutely not worth paying for the breakfast. - There is nothing around the hotel apart from conbini, if you don't have a car, you can't do much. - While I loved that they have bicycles at disposal, they are rusty and very old. It's just a little effort to have a recent one. - Elevator smells like tobacco. - While the price was the cheaper in Kokubu, it's very high compared to other surrounding cities like Kagoshima. It's pretty pricey for the services.
